Born from the intuition of Paolo Boeri (the same who is telling you the news here) and Davide Pinto (owner of the Affini restaurant in Turin) with the contribution of the plant and herb expert Giustino Ballato and in collaboration with a historic Turin distillery, the Taggiasco Extravirgin wisely combines the intense flavors and aromas of Juniper (Juniperus communis) of Alta Valsusa, a few steps from Turin, with those of Oliva Taggiasca, the olive cultivar typical of the Argentina Valley, in the province of Imperia, where the our oil mill.

A winning combination of two apparently very different ingredients that are capable of binding together to create a unique drink of its kind. A 100% Italian distillate, ideal for bartenders in the creation of innovative and futuristic drinks through the art of mixology, but also for all gourmand consumers, looking for something "new", sophisticated and simple at the same time, which they can taste it "in purity".

The Sial Paris, the main global showcase of the agri-food chain, a meeting point between sector operators from every corner of the globe and a central event to reveal the new trends in the sector, wanted to reward the originality of this product, just born but already capable of establishing itself on the market and conquering an audience of enthusiasts.
