Birra D’orata 33cl

Beer freely inspired by the style of Golden Ale. It has a light and brilliant golden color, surmounted by a white, fine and persistent foam. On the nose the sweet aromas of malt alternate, memories of cereals and bread crust and the aromas of white flowers, fruit and spices given by the yeast. In the mouth the delicately honeyed character of the Pils malt welcomes the first sip leaving room for a herbaceous bitterness, decisive but not intrusive. The low alcohol content and the thin body make D’ORATA a versatile beer, to be drunk as a “snack” for pure pleasure or in combination with the simpler and more delicate dishes of the Ligurian gastronomic tradition.
