Organic Cru “Gaaci” cruet – 250ml

A special selection of olives harvested in the olive grove Roi Gaaci of Badalucco at 500 meters above the level of the sea, with 40% of green olives, 50% of non-fully-mature and 10% of black olives.
A sweet oil enriched with tones of dry fruits, with the perfume of green apple’s peel.
Perfect on meat and fish with a delicate taste.
Limited production of 2000 bottles per year.
