It was born by the friendship of Paolo (Olio Roi) and Gabriele (Birrificio Nadir di Sanremo); Montefollia is the first beer in the world with olive tree’s leaves. Fresh, with hops and with olive tree’s leaves antioxidant and pleasing. A bitter that makes remember of school, when playing we used to chew paper to make blowpipes. 6,2% alc./vol. on the label, but tastes light. The color is golden, murky, but light. Excellent in every season, drinking it alone or during meals.
